I really feel like [music] we have a really strong team here. Our team works really collaboratively with one another. Even the break staff that [music] come in really foster the needs of the child.
I do feel like we communicate quite well [music] to create an environment that is positive, nurturing, loving, but also environment that really [music] builds upon a child's individual goal sets, routines, and what [music] they love. We have a high level of highly experienced team members that have been here. Some from the very beginning.
Some have [music] come in to our service with a wealth of experience. We do also have some trainees on board which are [music] really strongly guided by our really experienced staff to create an environment here at Meraki that is very positive, [music] nurturing, carefree, and just an overall loving place to be.
