At the, you know, drop-offs and pick-ups every day, we really [music] make time to chat with families about, you know, are there any messages from home? How was the morning? [music] What can we do today to maybe support your child to settle in a bit more?

But, for me as well, it's when [music] the parents come to pick up the children. I love sort of picking one thing or two things they really love [music] during the day and telling them about it, you know, could be, "Oh, we were digging in the sandpit and we we dug a hole here and we, you know, >> [music] >> it's just about communicating what they did. " So, we don't really use apps or anything like that, but we really value [music] that connection and relationships with families.

When we sort of started here at the center, it was a [music] big focus for us and slowing things down and not rushing and not um, >> [music] >> you know, trying to ticket like ticket every box and everything. We just wanted to be real and talk to people because that's the center of relationships and >> [music] >> relationships are pretty important to us.
