Just to [music] make the child feel welcome. By doing that, I talk gently. Um, I'm consoling.
Sort of like grandma figure. And [music] giving them a little bit of one-on-one attention for only 5 or 10 minutes. Unfortunately for the parents, they leave a crying child, but guaranteed within 5 to 10 minutes they're part of the community and playing with the children [music] and everything's going and poor mom and dad have left heartbroken, but guaranteed we know what we're doing and we do look after [music] your children like we look after our own.
