I feel I'm building those genuine [music] and trusting relationships with children makes them more confident in their learning and they're able to go off and [music] explore their environment. Not just the children, but also building caring relationships with their families as well. It makes [music] the transition process run a lot smoother with the children during drop-off during a pickup as well.
This really [music] helps them to enhance their experience here at Meraki.
