Funded Kindergarten in Mooroolbark: Enrolment & Funding Explained

Our Mooroolbark centre on Manchester Road delivers funded Three and Four Year Old Kindergarten led by qualified Early Childhood Teachers, embedded inside a long day care day. Here's how funding and enrolment work for local families.

Who can enrol?

Children turning three or four by 30 April of the program year. We welcome families from Mooroolbark, Lilydale, Croydon, Kilsyth and Chirnside Park.

How funding stacks

  • Free Kinder covers funded kindergarten hours — no out-of-pocket fee for that portion. Full detail in our Free Kinder 2026 guide.
  • Child Care Subsidy (CCS) reduces the cost of the remaining long-day-care hours.

  1. Book a tour of our Mooroolbark centre.
  2. Meet our Early Childhood Teachers and see the kinder rooms.
  3. Submit your enrolment — we'll guide you through CCS and Free Kinder.
